Ya'll are so happy to sell tickets at you venue. Why can't you put information on your website addressing what to do about all the cancelled shows. Can I arrive to the show I bought tickets for in 2020 and expect to gain access in 2021? We need info

I recommend getting a refund now as you never know when it may be on again. Then if it does look like its on again, then get tickets. They have no guarantees of when, so get your money and wait.

The show i had tickets for this past weekend that canceled clearly said all tickets are accepted at the new show next year or you can ask for a refund
