In my experience, this company does not install anything at all. I have been waiting 16 months for a solar installation and now they will not return my emails. They have just vanished.

We do not guarantee production, but the panel maufacturer does warranty the performance of the module through their performance guarantee. If you do feel there is a production issue, we can contact your utility company and gather the production data from your system and compare it to their calculations and our monitoring application when we applied for your net meter application. There are many instances where the net meter that was installed by your utility is not recording accurate kWh data. In fact, we recently have had some issues with this occuring with some meters provided by Black Hills Energy and Xcel. In these instances, the utility company will swap out the meter and reimburse you for any excess charges that occured. If there was a miscalculation on our part in your proposal or your system is not working correctly, we will remedy the problem at OUR EXPENSE to achieve the enery production that you expected. Please provide your contact information and someone will reach out
