Yes and I'd second the lots of coyotes this year. I've seen more this year in the cemetery than prior years. If it's a small dog, keep it close.
Yes it is allowed but must be on leash . According to the signs. Be careful there are Coyotes there and I have seen more this year than ever before. But it my favorite place to walk.
