Three times in a row, even with over a week ahead reservation, they didn't have a car available. My average wait about a hour. But I've never had a security deposit issue with them. Have since been using the Tharp street location love them.
I have never had a problem with this location. Very satisfied everytime I have rented there.
I have had nothing but problems with this location. Rude, unprofessional, and when I did get a car there were problems with it. Had to contact corporate and have them get me a car at another location. I would never do business with this location again
Not at all. I don't deal with this location often, but I didn't have any issues with my refund or my credit card a week ago while doing business there. Their customer service was awesone as well!

This location is horrible and they gave me a hard time. I was able to go to mahan location pick up my rental with no issue. Blountstown hwy is full of unprofessional dont wanna work ass people.
No; I personally have never had a problem. Always treated me well and greeted me by name when I entered.
I did business with them once on my own and swore I would never again. Then my insurance company made me deal with them again and I still feel the same way. Complain to the BBB and attorney general. Also a good place is the Bureau of Professional Regulations located off of Appalachia parkway up by governor square Mall. That will get they're attention.
Ive not used a credit card. Ive used a Card that I add $$ too, just because of such a thing!! So, the amount is exactly the amount of the rental. Nothing Mire Nor Less!
