Thank you for asking. During our 3-month closure we established several new procedures for our stores. We use bay doors, HVAC, and fans to ensure no buildup of aerosols. Staff are temperature checked every morning and covid-tested weekly. No one can come to work with any symptoms of covid, and must get a negative PCR test or two negative antigen tests before returning. Masks and physical distancing are required. All donations are disinfected, the stores are disinfected 4 times a day plus an extended-duration coating every 4 weeks. (You can find out more here: https://www.permeapure.com/) Any staff exposed to covid outside of work must stay out until we are sure they have not been infected, & all staff they've worked with are tested. Staff who travel have to submit itineraries and get tested upon return. So far, our stores have a zero-transmission record and we intend to keep it that way.
