They run a no appointment clinic on certain days from 1 to 7 p.m.

They will cancel our appointment if u question our bill! I paid my copayment and then they Slam u w Additional charges, but Refuse to tell u what they are and try to blame it on my insurance company! They try to bully u in to paying it ....REFUSE TREATMENT. I called my insurance company while waiting an hour an half to speak to someone from billing. My insurance company tried calling them for a conference call, but No One answered! Very disappointed and in physical pain...doctor would Not see me for something their staff created by stacking the bill. Patients have every right to be informed (prior) to what they are being charged and Not ridiculed for aasking(by your billing person Judy), much less Denied Treatment! !! Your personnel contradict each other....Stowers says set up payments....Jamie w billing says Not allowed to, conveniently after I made a $100 payment...in lieu of seeing dr Not to mention how I was treated when I had a diagnostic exam which No one will address!

We take appointments for all of our clinics except for TOC Now, our urgent orthopedic care walk-in clinic. TOC Now is located within our Canopy Clinic at 2600 Welaunee Blvd.
