I buy tires from many places although I do not pay a lot due to the fact that I buy bulk mostly. If you want big money then Craigslist, or Letgo would be the way to go. You can always bring them by and tell us what you want for them and we will go from there.
Depending on the tires they will look it over and will give you price on it the last time I have been there which was a week ago
Not sure if they buy but they are always helpful and I am sure if you call them they can answer any question.
