That is true but they also stop people who dont have big items or things they can't bag. That used to bug me too but honestly you dont have to even let them stop you when you know you dont have items specifically like that. I politely tell them "no thanks" and keep right on walking and they let me be. They'd pull a customer to the security room if they thought they had stolen something. The door dudes dont NEED to check anything unless, like she said, you have unbagged or big items.
They check receipts if you're buying big stuff or stuff yiu can't place in a bag . It's nothing personal. They always do that
