Open alcoholic drinks outside arent allowed anywhere in nyc unless u want a ticket, if you mean delivery then no, no establishment will deliver alchohol.

No they used to. But they were under alot of heat for it. So to not risk their liquor license, all alcoholic drinks must be consumed in the restaurant. Hope this helps!
