Why is it when you call family dollar store in Millville it rings two maybe three times and then it says goodbye and hangs up

They play the radio so loud you can't hear anything else It has changed some since my review. They now have a new manager and he tries his best. They need to get him some more compent help though

The phobe system was messed up for awhile..you can call now and hit option 3 to talk to employees.

Because they don't answer the phone.
