Honestly I didn't even bother calling before I went because I wanted the food to go. When I arrived they were pretty busy, open and taking orders. I would suggest you go there instead of calling, I know for sure the phone works because I saw them taking phone orders.
Yes they are open they close around 9-10pm depending on orders or outdoor dining
