Yes they take EBT for steamed food only with a dollar fee. They use to do fried. I dont know why they charge a dollar but 4 quarters, 100 pennies, 10 dimes, 20 nickels wont hurt...I guess.

No not for the steamed but you can use it to purchase uncooked foods
