Are they in receivership? Shelfs are empty, seems they only have enough cashflow to have one or two open checkout lanes. Checkout seems to be an issue. Carts are abandoned with what should be refigured. Concerns me they are selling spoiled food.

Not sure which winco you are going to, But the winco that I shop at I shop at always has their shelves full and and usually during the day in the day have 2 check outlines open with an addition of 6 self check out spots open . And worried about if you might be buying Buying spoiled meat , we've never had an issue with any of their fresh meats or anything really . And the shopping cart are alway put either in their spot next to the building or in the cart holders in the parking lot.
