I didn't get a renewal notice because of moving. My license expires June 28, 2019. Can I go to this location and get a new license without the renewal notice?

Yes, when I got mine they tossed the paper that was sent to me in the mail. Just bring your expiring license

Yes, absolutely. I was told specifically that you can renew at any time without the notice.
