Ask the folks there. They are quite helpful

I just pulled 5 different spices from different manufacturers big and small including those from Kalustyans -- none have nutritional info on the label There are ingredients lists and it will say if it contains salt but I'm unsure what type of nutritional info you're looking for 🤔
