Yes, some of these McDonald's are horrible these days. They should stick to what they know, which is fast food and stop trying to compete with the newer restaurants and offering items they have absolutely no business serving.
They have the new order boards they either assist you or Do it yourself. Seems like it takes longer to get you food than before.
