We are now open access providers! This means your vision discount plan may reimburse you directly, for a portion of your glasses and/or contact lenses and exam. In effort to assist patients with submitting to vision discount plans for reimbursement, we now work with Anagram. This allows us to verify your out of network benefits and submit a claim on your behalf so you don't lose your benefit!
