I had the same problem and then just called back hit the prompt for an office visit and the staff was great. It's a small office and the staff is probably the most helpful I've seen in quite some time.
Why not do a walk in and make an appointment. Telling them u were n the area. Problem solved. Mostly importantly make sure you are masked before you Enter the facilities
