I am sorry this happened to you Chris. It is important to note that most retail stores can and do close up to 15 minutes earlier than their advertised end time to allow for counting up drawers, the final cash drop, and setting the security system. Definitely bring up this experience with their customer help desk and use the name of the employee you spoke to if possible. Regardless of how commonly stores close slightly early, you called ahead and it's not cool that your arrangement was not honored.
I actually think this is one of the better Walmarts, but that is just me. Theres other Walmarts that I wont even let check me out. Am I missing what the question is?
