Why when i called on the phone, they said they sell gift certificates, and when i go in the server says "no one knows how to do that so idk what you wanna do about that" what the hell? Are you all stupid? Is there no manager on duty?

Crystal, we do sell gift certificates in the stores and you can also buy them through our website. What store did you go to so we can train them properly! Sorry for the confusion!!!
