The store phone number DOES NOT connect to anyone in the store & call drops off. Is there any other number or email id that a store manager can be reached at or at least Sears Outlet fix their phone lines for this Taylor store?

You should have went back the same day or the next day I did that and they replaced my refrigerator and soon as I went in to talk to them

We actually go into the store and make our payments but I've seen them on the store phones. But it's literally a half a mile away from us.
