How come my mom called to order something for dinner. She doesnt text so she called in. She was told they are too busy to pick up a pen and paper to take a sandwich order. If she could make it to the store they would have used pen n paper. Smh

The people at deli doesn't answer phones, only cashier's and they don't do orders. If you going to store yes the deli workers will write your order down.

Because the text is a machine that print out ur order nobody has to do anything but pass the paper they do not take call in order must text or u voice texting when text so she doesn't have to text
