They have a full bar. They sell cigars or you can bring your own. I don't believe you can bring in your own liquor.
Unfortunately they serve alcohol so you can't bring your own. You can smoke cigars either purchased from them or your own and enjoy a great meal. As for a party maybe inquire I know I have been there for a private party.
