It's "sit in" in the sense that you can sit down and eat there. However it is not a "sit down" place where you sit get a menu get full service of waiting and food brought to the table. You order food at the counter, pay and bring it to your table.
They serve it to go but you're more than welcome to sit and eat. Good vibes all around
They have a few chairs inside the establishment that you can sit down to eat.
