We went there on the 29th nov (the day after thanks giving) we had a table reservation at 19.00, and there were kids in there then. Hope this helps.

Yes they are as long as staying at your table.

Yes... I watched the world club championship before Christmas and we were speaking to the people on the next table.. the dad and his 2 lads... so yes. But double check in case there are special rules..
