I’m really tired of calling and the phone is always off then you have to wait 30 mins for your food . The food is good but I’m really tired of never being able to call my order in and waiting long. It’s ridiculous

I know the feeling but I stop trying to call I just put some time to aside and go up there and just order... If that spaghetti wasn't that good I would not eat there ever again 😁

I just use the app. That way when I get there my food is ready and already paid for. Skip the line.

Hey Jessica! I have never tried to call my order in, so I can't share in your frustration. Have you tried Uber Eats at all? If you are in the delivery area. They deliver Kelz and if you have to wait you are not losing you time as well standing/sitting in the store. Just a suggestion. Agreed the food is good.
