Ok here is thr honest truth dont expect more with a company thats trying to get more without taking the time ou to listen and address ur issues not build up urbexperience us whoever u want we all have had jobs that we didnt like or was unsanitary. How ever even tho we did the jobs even if we say we have experience guess what, we still got paid the same with hrly jobs here always keep copies of ur paystubs to verify u have worked for huge companies lile swift western exp jb hunt all that but the real money is with the llc companies 48 to 50 cents loaded or empty thats to start no fluctuating pay. So if u have more than ur 6mnths to a 1yr experience look for those companies that every time u call they answer the phone more than likely thats ur dispatch too.
