Not true about calling and getting answers..I just called for general questions about money in minutes and she was sooo incredibly rude and I asked how much is the most one can receive from that and she said we dont discuss money transactions over the phone..I wasn't calling for Joe shmoes account just general info...sheeez wont be going to this one...EVER
