You pay an annual fee of around 85 I believe. Then the monthly membership fee which depends on the plan that you have. To have a black card premium membership it is around $23. You must be at least 14 years old and have a parent accompany you each time. Anyone between the ages of 16-18 can attend by themselves, but a parent must be with them to sign up.
