When will the Elkridge location be open?

So the question remains when will the Elkridge location open?

I am standing in front of the Elkridge location and it is NOT open yet, still under construction. However the address is: 7190 Troy Hill Dr #500

It opened today, July 16th 2018, and the place is fantastic.

Is there lunch menu?

It's open now. We are sitting here eating and drinking!

I went to location, and the sign was up for wait staff.

I was told by the bartender at the other location that Elkridge would be open in June.
