This is one of the worst,it is always not clean. You have to ask for things that should just be.Why do you have to ask for fresh or hot food or in a place that's crowded. The Manager was not helpful she just condoned the bad behavior.

So sorry to hear that - We all must keep in mine , that Some Restaurants are Good and Bad, the only thing I would suggest for you to contact the corporate office I'm about to consistency and the disc satisfied service that you and your family may be receiving and find out what the recommendations could be

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I know this location can be extremely busy both Lunch and Dinner.

My experience at Golden corral was excellent

I appreciate the condolences for my comment thanks.I realize I can In regards to my experience. (Which I did)I also, have been here before and received the same type of service. It was my observation on a place I've given it plenty of 2nd chances. This one is nothing close to Waldorf service. Always fresh and hot! Nice management responses as,well.

The only problem that I have is that the bathroom is never clean. I will hold myself so that I won't have to go to the restroom.
