If you have her adoption decree, it should show the case manager. Contact that person, if they are no longer there, someone else can help you find out where your cousin ended up. You may have to get permission for contact from adoptive parents. This journey will be long and difficult but perseverance will bring rewards. If you don't have her decree, you should request a copy from Catholic charities using all of the biological information you know. They might give you the runaround but don't give up. GOOD LUCK !!!
