We brought a 149 dollar bottle... the people gave us a defective bag... the bag ripped from the bottom and the bottle fell out... we called and asked for our money back but they said no... but it was their fault for giving us a defective bag...

I worked at the liquor store in RIGGS PLAZA back in the 80s and if a customer broke the bottle outside the store and bought the top in with the seal unbroken we would give them a new bottle...Only if it's done tge same day👍!

Thats a tough one. Had it broke at their store I could see them replacing the bottle. Super unfortunate, but I think it'll be very hard to win this one

Sorry to hear that...hope you kept your receipt,,I'm not sure what you can do, have you talked to the store manager.
