why make appointments when they are not honored. don't understand why you have that option. I had an appointment for 12 pm, hot here at 11:40 it's now 1:10 and there ate still 2 vehicles ahead of me. please explain

Your best bet is to get there when they open and ask how long before your car is worked on..

They double book aapointments. Its happened to me everytime I go. I contacted the facebook page and called the 1800 number. They only give coupons out and the service still gets no better. The older lady at the front counter cane be rude, but the older guy at the front counter is definitely rude. There needs to be some customer service training giving.
