Make sure that the disk is clean. If it is not clean, then get a soft piece of cloth or a rag, wet it, and wipe off the disk a little bit, if that doesn't clean it then use a little bit of toothpaste and wet the cloth or rag, and wipe it while the toothpaste is on the disk, that'll clean it for sure
