I am not sure if you understand gluten? Its is a grain protein. Chicken - not a grain, Potato - not a grain, not sure if the oil they cook in is canola or a blend (but most are gluten free). If you have non breaded (guess what, gluten free).
Almost all chicken wings with sause have some small amount of gluten in them. I guess it's possible, but doesn't seem likely that this location has gluten free sause and fries their wings without cross contamination.
