I don't know what the charge for the first visit is for self pay. The first visit includes a evaluation, scan and adjustment. After the first visit self pay is $40 for just a adjustment or $45 for a adjustment and à 15/20 minute massage. It is 100% worth it to pay the extra $5 for the massage. Back In Action Chiropractic is amazing and they really care about the patient. I hope this helps.
