I purchase most of my meats from them but have never asked about lamb so I am not sure. They cut to order beef, chicken, and pork. They make homemade kielbasa, which is incredibly good. Great quality meats.
I do not believe so. They specialize mostly in beef. They also have sausages. I will let you know for sure the next time I go in.
