How much notice do you need to make a cake

3-5 days is the idea time. We have a 2 day baking process and we steam the cakes in that time period. So if you order 1 day before it does not allow us the proper time to prepare the right way. We also carry a full line of fresh extra cakes in our case. We sell out daily and they are first come first serve and will personalize it for you while your in the store.
