You take it to the emergency hospital for pets
That's something that should probably be handled by a vet. The store is amazing and may be able to recommend an avian vet to you, but I don't think they handle problems like that. An emergancy vet hospital that treats exotics/avian, like North Star or RedBank is probably your best bet
