You'd think if it really meant anything to the owners of a customer based establishment that there would be better service. It seems like the same problem is reoccurring for them/the customers so they should look into it.

Did you actually get your food? We never got half of ours.
Place is horrible and smells like old grease. Bathrooms are disgusting. Manager Eric I think his name is. Very unprofessional. Food is inconsistent, under cooked, over cooked. Service is slow and the tables tops are coming apart which could injure someone. I advise eating anywhere else.
I have visited this establishment for done in and take-out dinning. We have always been satisfied with the speed. It seems as they do cook orders fresh as ordered. If you only have 20 minutes for eating, you may be well served to go to restraint more geared for that situation. These places cook food in advance, keep warm under heat lights and or steam tables. Then after work come Bye and enjoy Chubbys.
Totally can agree with the previous comments. The food takes way too long, if you get it at all. I called ahead for a club and a burger. Gave a 30 minute window before I arrived, still had to wait. The club was wrong, more waiting. 45 minutes later, the manager offered no apology or even a glance in my direction. Just gave me a refund and walked away. In the end, no food, no apology, no screw you, nothing! And the place is way too crowded for social distancing norms. Better wings can be found at Wise Guys Pizza just a block up the road.
