I stopped there for curbside pick-up the other day... Maybe June 26th ... And, there was not any outside dining or inside dining either. Just able to pick up, and the service was excellent considering our online order did not process properly (my fault im sure). They quickly took our order right from the parking lot and had our food out as quickly as possible😇
No you need a permit for outside dining and chili's DOES'NT have it
