This is Bharti. I just got a haircut there but how come I didn't get the hot towel refresher after the haircut? I didn't get a receipt hence I don't know the name of the girl who cut my hair, but she had a Spanish accent & was new there.

I have akways felt super taken care of. I dont remember the names of alk the stylists who have cut my hair but each person has been super friendly attentive and given me the hot towels. They even offered to trim my rye brows laat time for free. Sorry you didnt get the towels
