Gets tight by 7 but usually one or two available at any given time on weekdays

I've seen it packed at 5p m-f but usually there is parking til 6 ish then it gets questionable. Especially if a large group shows up. This is based on 8 years of fairly regular happy hours :-). It's a pretty popular place.
