Others beat me to it - call the store, number is available in app or website. Also, they WILL loan tools & to install: - Find & remove hold-down hardware - a close look should make obvious, it's either a strap over top-center or holding down via a "lip" at rear-bottom of battery - disconnect ground ("-", usually black) cable first, be sure there is no way it can contact battery again, i often put a blue glove over connector to be safe - once negative side is disconnected, disconnect positive (+, usually red) cable & remove battery from vehicle - reinstall is reverse of removal It's important to disconnect ground/negative/black cable first & reconnect last, otherwise hitting the car body while removing red/positive will spark, could shock & I've seen tools welded to car body for to failure to follow proper order. Lastly, it's a good idea once need is removed to put the plastic thing from the new battery in the hole or over post as an added precaution against accidental contact. HTH!
This Google site is intended for people who have experience with this or any company to rate about service, employees, etc. It is not a direct link to the company. The companies do not receive these questions. Please call the company directly to inquire about their products and prices. Google should make this a little clearer for people looking for info. Sorry that I can't help you.
Best would be to call the store as there are probably several options. Installation is a courtesy and can be at managers discretion in cold or bad weather
