Ok, a colleague sent me a postcard about three weeks ago and l still have not received it.

Typically it should take anywhere from two to five days to receive a letter, or anything along that size. For larger envelopes, it could take anywhere from, three to five days. Things do happen sometimes (human things), and the mail gets delayed.
