My computer charger port is broken.(The part inside the charger wire plugs into is no longer inside the computer.)Could I get it looked at/fixed here?Of at least would they be able to take my Files off my computer if I bring in an external drive?

They may be able to fix the laptop's charger port with a replacement part which they could install. They will definitely be able to get the files off the system.

I've taken in my friend's computer for a problem regarding performance issues. We visited the store to have it checked at the service area to have it looked at. They easily looked at that computer and gave us a summary of what could be wrong so basically you can walk in and ask about your problem and they'd be able to at least tell you what's wrong and maybe be able to transfer your files for you depending on the conditions. Usually I visit if I have device issues outside my power and I find them reliable and trustworthy.
