I'd actually call Samsung's tech support, though MicroCenter's might be able to help too. Depending on the terms of the purchase, you may also be able to just exchange it in store, but again, you'd have to speak with them. You can also try chatting with them via their website, if that's more comfortable/convenient for you.
Call micro Tech support
You can go to the micro center, they should be able to give you a rewarding solution
Hook it up, via usb, to a computer and see if you cant start it up or update it from there. If that doesnt work, hold your power button in for 3 to 5 seconds or more. If that fails, google how to reset it. There usually tends to be a pin head hole that you can hold in to reset it back to factory settings. If all else fails, contact Samsung Support or Micro Center(if you are within their return period for your item). If you arent within Micro Centers return window, contact them anyways and let them know the issue and be nice about it and they may ask you to bring it in and look at it for you, free of charge. They may or may not fix it for free, depending on how far out you are from the purchase date. Though, theyve always been good to me over the years. Youll never know unless you ask. So, give it a try.
Cal Micro Center if you have product protection through them. Or Samsung if it's still under warranty.
