Hello Pat, Yes, we do everything by appointment. The reason we use appointments is so you can come in and have our full attention without having other people waiting. It usually takes at least 15 or 20 minutes to write up your invoice, record sizes and names for each piece and discuss options. Most people also have questions regarding future projects. All of these things take time and it can be very disruptive to have multiple people here at the same time. That being said, sometimes appointments take longer than expected or some people show up late. Note that appointments tend to run together around lunch time so we usually have multiple people here around mid day. If you need reproductions of art before Christmas, we will need to have your art by early next week. Turnaround for projects involving scanning, proofing and printing are taking about 2 weeks at this time and we cannot accommodate rush jobs due to the volume of work we have. Thanks so much for your inquiry! Jeff Salava
