I think this inquiry may be about an MLife Card...Next time you are at the property visit the M Life Rewards desk and they can help you obtain a card

When we visited Felt a few months ago, no membership card was NEEDED for access. A few friends visit Feltvl quite often & have never been told the need for a membership card was necessary. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your inquiry.
